Footage, taken by a stunned onlooker waiting for her dinner, shows several men throwing each other around while shouting and swearing.
Another man stands by the door holding a chair before a woman grabs it and pulls him by the collar.
Several men and the woman then shove one another while a staff member pleads with them to stop.
Most of the customers appeared to be maskless during the commotion.
Rebecca, who took the clip, described the incident as "crazy".
The 30-year-old beautician told The Sun Online: "I have no idea what caused the heat or the anger, but the one girl accused one of the staff members of laughing at her.

The violence broke out at about 8.45pm as Rebecca waited to pick up her takeaway at the drive-thru.
She said she could hear "a lot of shouting, swearing, more than just colleague banter if you like, going on in the restaurant".
"I thought, 'what on earth is going on in there?'," she said.
Rebecca said she stepped out of her car, which was at the food collection window, and peered through the side fire exit.
"That's when I saw an altercation going on between one of the staff members and one of the ladies," she said.
"They were shouting at each other and then she started shouting about how the staff member was laughing at her about something. I don't know exactly what had happened, but he was laughing at her.
"Then the girl's boyfriend just came out of nowhere and started shouting 'you were laughing, you were laughing'.
"And he basically went to punch the staff member and that's when I quickly pulled my phone out and then they both just started going."'CRAZY'
Rebecca, who lives in Birmingham, said she "had to wait a little bit" for her food - a two-piece chicken and chip meal with some hot wings - but the spat died down after about five minutes.
She added: "I'll be honest, as soon as I got my food I left. I was hungry!"
A spokesperson for West Midlands Police said: "We received a call today (Thursday 10 June) at 2.50pm reporting a disorder involving 10 people fighting at KFC in Yew Tree retail park, Stoney Lane, South Yardley.
"The caller confirmed the incident had taken place yesterday (Wednesday 9 June) at about 8.45pm but it had not been reported at the time.

New surveillance video shows the moment gunmen opened fire on a Bronx street during a wild shootout between two groups.
The footage, released by the NYPD on Sunday, shows three people walking down the street near Warring and Matthews avenues shortly after 10 p.m. June 13 when they quickly duck behind parked cars and open fire — apparently after being fired on by another group of men.
Two of the men are seen shooting back wildly while the third ducks behind one of the cars.
All three are seen running off in the video.
Police said there were no reports of injuries in the exchange but they’re asking the public for help to identify the three suspects.
The barrage of bullets did strike a nearby home and two of the parked cars.
