Kate Hudson would like her Instagram followers to know exercise comes in many forms and calories can be burned in a variety of settings ... including the boudoir. On June 9, unofficially known as National Sex Day, the actress helpfully announced in a video that she'd just discovered certain, um, adult activities, pack enough fitness punch that the brand WW (formerly Weight Watchers) now features an option to calculate "fit points" via sex. "Hey guys. I've got some really interesting news that I'm very excited about right now," Kate said into the camera in the post. "If anyone needs me, I'm going to be in my bedroom for a good, I'm going to say, hour-20. If he can handle it." She counted on her fingers how many fit points she could get for an hour and 20 minutes of lovin' with her beau, Danny Fujikawa, and soon determined that, "According to WW's new Fit App addition, me having sex for an hour-20 will equal ... six fit points." She signed off by quipping, "see you in two hours." The post earned more than 1 million likes in less than 24 hours -- but not everyone was so supportive of Kate's heads up. Her close friend -- and Danny's sister-in-law -- Sara Foster replied in the comments with, "TMI." Stylist Jamie Mizrahi, on the other hand, was impressed (or possibly concerned). "HOUR TWENTY!?!?!?!?!??" she asked on the post. Lisa Rinna, meanwhile, did not hide her feelings, telling Kate, "I die for you. That is all." Kate and Danny have been together since 2017 and are parents to daughter Rani.
