Footage of the incident has been posted online of the aggressive bloke yelling at a young woman across a carriage on the Central Line.
It is unclear what sparked the row on the Eastbound train, but the man screams across other passengers before walking towards the woman.
He can be heard shouting “come on then” and accusing her of “hiding behind the fact that you’re a woman”.

He said: “Come on, step to me, step to me, step to me. I dare you, I f*****g dare you.”
Then he appears to calls her a “p***y” for staying where she is and not moving towards you.

It is unclear what the woman responds with, but he then moves closer towards her saying: “I’ll knock you the f*** out you c***.”
The woman is smiling at him and appears to say: “If you can me a c***, I’ll call you a c***.”
He is then caught on camera storming down the middle of the carriage and squaring up to her.
A number of passengers then jump up from their seats to pull the man away from her and onto the ground.
No arrests have been made as the incident went unreported to the police.
A British Transport Police spokesperson said: "We are aware of this video that is being circulated on social media and our officers are looking into it further.
“We're asking anyone with further details to text us on 61016 with the reference 681 of 16/10/21.
“Violence, abuse, intimidation, and harassment against women and girls in any form will not be tolerated.
“It's really important that people who witness incidents like this report them to us as quickly as possible so we can investigate as quickly as possible.”

Suffolk County Man Facing Hate Crime Charges For Stealing Pride Flags, Police Say
Robert Fehring, age 74, of Bayport, was charged with two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief as a hate crime and two counts of fourth-degree larceny as a hate crime, according to the Suffolk County Police Department.
SCPD said the flags were stolen and flag brackets were broken at locations along Railroad Avenue in Sayville between Friday, July 23 and Monday, July 26.
He is scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday, Nov. 7.
Fehring is also facing federal charges for sending threatening letters to LGBTQ+ affiliated organizations and individuals since at least 2013, according to an announcement on Monday, Dec. 6, from Breon Peace, United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York.

Peace reported that search warrants executed at Fehring's home led to the discovery of loaded firearms, hundreds of rounds of ammunition, and a stamped envelope addressed to an LGBTQ+ affiliated attorney, which contained the remains of a dead bird.
