Footage of the incident has been posted online of the aggressive bloke yelling at a young woman across a carriage on the Central Line.

It is unclear what sparked the row on the Eastbound train, but the man screams across other passengers before walking towards the woman.

He can be heard shouting “come on then” and accusing her of “hiding behind the fact that you’re a woman”.

The woman is smiling at him and appears to say: “If you can me a c***, I’ll call you a c***.”

He is then caught on camera storming down the middle of the carriage and squaring up to her.

A number of passengers then jump up from their seats to pull the man away from her and onto the ground.
