The Season of Mischief is ending with a flurry of activity as the months-long celebration caps off with the unveiling of Hoopa Unbound. It’s a more powerful form of Djinn Pokemon and is tied to the Hoopa introduced in September. The finale event runs from 10 a.m. Nov. 26 to 8 p.m. Nov. 29, which gives players an activity during Black Friday weekend. With the final quest of the season, players will be able to change Hoopa’s form. To do that, players will need 50 Hoopa Candy and 10,000 Stardust. To change it back to Hoopa Confined, players will need 10 Hoopa Candy and 2,000 Stardust. The form-changing mechanic was introduced with Furfrou during Fashion Week. Hoopa Unbound is a potentially strong Pokemon with a high attack stat but middling defensive and stamina numbers. That makes it a good Pokemon for a punch of offense, but don’t expect it to last too long in raids or even Go Battle League matches. It would be best to use this as a finisher with an opponent’s shields down in PvP. The...

Kyle Busch made strides throughout the weekend and finished fourth, ahead of four other series regulars. Busch only had one race on Saturday, November 14, a battle bracket that he lost to Scott Speed. However, he had three more opportunities to race on Sunday, November 14. VIDEO3:2203:22Small caps kick off November with a rally — Here's what's nextTrading Nation November kicked off with a big rally for small stocks. The small-cap-focused Russell 2000 rose nearly 3% on Monday, far better than the S&P 500 which ended the session only slightly higher. The corner of the market for small caps has lagged the large caps this year, gaining 19% compared with the S&P's 23% increase. Ari Wald, head of technical analysis at Oppenheimer, said the rally in small caps will continue and it should fuel even more gains for their large-cap counterparts. In a report over the weekend, he coined this as "a bet on small is a bet on all." "This now fresh nine-month breakout in the Russell 2000 small-cap gauge of stocks, we see that as internal firepower for equities broadly going into the first half of 2022," Wald told CNBC's "Trading Nation" on Monday. "Every rolling three-month period since 1979 when the Russell is up the S&P 500 has also been up 92% of the time. Hence, it's not one or another. This isn't...

Plankton was previously thought to be a beneficiary of climate change, as more light hitting the ocean's surface could help the organisms boom and thus, maybe benefit sea life that feed on them. However, that line of thinking may be too good to be true, a new study suggests. Researchers from Princeton University and the Max Planck Institute for Chemistry looked at fossilized plankton and ice cores and determined that nitrogen levels may fall off as temperatures continue to rise, stymieing the growth of plankton and in particular, phytoplankton, which depend on the element for survival.  That is because the oceans are stratified into different layers, with colder, more-nutrient rich water found at greater depths. Melting ice caps would pour a lot more lighter water with fewer of those nutrients into the ocean, and make it harder for plankton to access the colder, more nourishing water from the depths.   Nitrogen levels may fall off as temperatures rise, stymieing the growth of plankton, a new study has found The nutrients the phytoplankton (pictured) need is deep in the Arctic...

Cindric achieved his goal of winning by implementing a smart strategy. He headed to pit road before the end of Stage 2 for fuel and tires while Kaulig Racing drivers Justin Haley and AJ Allmendinger remained out on the track to lock up some points. When the Texas Rangers arrived in San Francisco on Monday, they brought six left-handed relievers along for the ride. It’s an odd arrangement for a bullpen, and one that Gabe Kapler immediately recognized could set up advantageous late-game matchups for the Giants. Kapler didn’t pull a Babe Ruth, point to the outfield bleachers and call his shot, but he knew that stashing right-handed hitters on his bench could help the Giants win a close game. Thanks to a seventh-inning rally set up by three consecutive pinch-hitters –Austin Slater, Darin Ruf and Mauricio Dubón– Kapler’s Giants defeated the Rangers 3-1 at Oracle Park. After Rangers southpaw John King recorded two quick outs to open the seventh inning, Slater drew a walk in place of Steven Duggar and Ruf singled to right field in the pitcher’s spot in the order. With left fielder Mike Tauchman set to face King, Kapler made the decision to go to Dubón, who entered play with a .540 OPS off the bench. Throughout her two-year career at Shawnee State, Alex Raudier has been a critical piece in establishing the winning pace and culture that Natasha Ademakinwa desires. On Sunday evening, it was Raudier’s play that led directly to a winning result for the Bears. Despite being outshot by a 16-12 margin in shots and being edged, 9-8, in shots on goal, Shawnee State maintained its 1-0 lead thanks in large part to a career-high nine saves by Shelbi Ritchie, who garnered her third clean sheet of the season — and her second in a row — in the win. (CNN)If "The Mandalorian" is the "Star Wars" version of a western, "WandaVision" was, finally, Marvel's take on a love story. Yet in keeping with the company's interconnected universe, the finale of the Disney+ show also planted seeds that will bear fruit in future movies, cementing the streaming service's ability to effectively add to those building blocks.Having started out with cryptic episodes emulating old black-and-white sitcoms, "WandaVision" took chances and creative risks that aren't always feasible with one of its blockbuster brethren. In addition, the show ultimately became a pretty profound rumination on love and grief, in the process turning its central character, Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen), to if not quite the villain of the story an accomplice -- certainly in the eyes of the people who became props in the elaborate world that she created to experience the life she had lost hope of achieving with Vision (Paul Bettany). As it happened, there was a puppet master associated with that, Agatha Harkness (Kathryn Hahn), whose goal was to first understand Wanda's extraordinary power, then siphon it away from her.
