    CHICAGO (CBS) — A 31-year-old man was shot and killed Thursday afternoon at a Family Dollar store in Woodlawn. Police said the man was inside the Family Dollar store on the 6300 block of South Cottage Grove Avenue around 12:45 p.m., when a gunman walked up and shot him multiple times in the head, face, and body.     A family, devastated over their 12-year-old son's death, say they believe he was killed over a dare that turned deadly. Questions still remain over the circumstances that led to fifth-grader, Romy Vilsaint dying, but his father and cousins believe he was attacked at school over the matter of a dollar.     Brad Parscale, the former manager of President Donald Trump's re-election campaign, is writing a book and could secure a multi-million dollar deal for his tell-all. Parscale worked on the president's successful 2016 campaign and is close to him and several members of the Trump family, including Jared Kushner.
