The greatest player in Oklahoma State football history Barry Sanders had an awesome message to Cowboys fans after the Pokes beat the arch rival Oklahoma Sooners in Bedlam. Oklahoma State football legend Barry Sanders shared his thoughts on the Cowboys beating Oklahoma in Bedlam on Saturday night. Despite being one of the most celebrated rivalries in college football, the Bedlam Series is grossly lopsided in Oklahoma’s favor. While the Pokes rarely win in Bedlam, Mike Gundy’s team got the job done in dramatic fashion, beating the Sooners in Stillwater, 37-33. This win knocks Oklahoma out of the College Football Playoff picture, as well as gets the Cowboys one game closer to making it. Here is what the Heisman Trophy-winning running back had to say about his alma mater getting its biggest victory of the season over Oklahoma in Bedlam. What a win for @CowboyFB @CoachGundy and the team – but most of all for the fans – #BEDLAM2021 — Barry Sanders (@BarrySanders) November 28, 2021 Oklahoma State football legend Barry Sanders’ message after win in Bedlam Sanders is so proud of his alma mater....
Take a listen to the Oklahoma State radio call of Collin Oliver’s game-winning sack against Oklahoma on Saturday. The Oklahoma State Cowboys had not defeated the Oklahoma Sooners in the Bedlam Series since 2014. That all changed on Saturday, despite the plethora of tense moments, as the Cowboys won 37-33. Collin Oliver sealed the victory with a clutch fourth-down sack on Sooners quarterback Caleb Williams in the closing seconds of regulation. Cowboys fans heard the call on the ABC national broadcast. Former Oklahoma head coach Bob Stoops brought a flamethrower to a discussion about the Sooners’ rivalry with Oklahoma State. Oklahoma and Oklahoma State occupy the same region, so their rivalry is backed in. The problem is it hasn’t exactly been competitive over the years. The Sooners’ rivalry with Texas has easily overshadowed Bedlam. It’s not like both teams haven’t been competitive at the same time. In fact, nine of their last 11 meetings have seen both come in ranked. Despite that, Oklahoma has had the lion’s share of the victories, whether you look at the past decade, the past 50 years or the full length of the rivalry. That got FOX’s Big Noon Kickoff thinking: Is it even a rivalry? Bob Stoops weighed in. Is it a rivalry if Oklahoma State has only beaten Oklahoma 18 times in 125 tries?Big Noon Bob always delivers. #JustSayin ???? pic.twitter.com/E5gIalqcgI — Sooner Gridiron (@soonergridiron) November 27, 2021 The former Oklahoma head coach didn’t exactly give much respect to the rival there. WOMEN were left covered in nachos after an ugly brawl broke out at the Dallas Cowboys Thanksgiving match against the Las Vegas Raiders. If one is afforded the protection of a concessions counter, one should probably stay there in a violent situation. That would probably be the biggest takeaway from a brawl at AT&T Stadium in Dallas on Sunday, where a female concessions worker jumped the counter to start brawling, slipped on some food, and promptly got worked by at least two female fans. However, this was obviously not the case in this particular instance. It is unknown exactly what prompted the fight, but it is now known that you should make sure there aren’t french fries all over the ground when you jump the concession counter.
While the Las Vegas Raiders and Dallas Cowboys broke out in a fight on the field, fans channeled their football heroes by launching into a brawl of their own in the stands. During Thursday’s Thanksgiving game at A&T Stadium in Dallas, a concession worker was seen jumping over the counter to chase down a customer. We’re not sure what angered the worker, but something must have occurred prior to a fan taking out their phone to record the incident. Getty Dak Prescott had a message for those doubting the Cowboys. After the Dallas Cowboys’ disappointing loss to the Las Vegas Raiders, Dak Prescott threw a bit of shade at “bandwagon” fans. Prescott addressed the idea twice during his postgame media session, admitting that “a bunch of people are jumping off the bandwagon.” The Cowboys quarterback was one of several players to discuss the officials after the team’s loss to the Raiders. Both teams were penalized 14 times, but the Cowboys’ infractions amounted for 166 yards compared to the Raiders’ 110 yards. Cowboys cornerback Anthony Brown was flagged for a critical pass interference penalty that put the Raiders in field goal territory. Prescott emphasized that the Cowboys need to be able to “keep the officials out of the game.” “We’ve got to get back to believing in the basics and just playing fundamental football and being smarter,” Prescott explained during his postgame press conference. “Being smart, as I said, being able to keep the officials out of the game, playing complimentary football, scoring touchdowns when the defense...
The Dallas Cowboys came back on Thanksgiving to force overtime but Anthony Brown’s persistent DPI penalties ultimately sunk them and fans were quite angry. For much of the Thanksgiving Day game between the Dallas Cowboys and Las Vegas Raiders, it looked as if the latter was going to run away with it. They were getting the right bounces, making plays and watching Dallas continuously shoot themselves in the foot. One of the biggest culprits of that was cornerback Anthony Brown. In regulation, the veteran (who had no pass interference penalties on the season) was flagged three times for defensive pass interference. Despite that, though, Dallas clawed back and forced overtime thanks to a fourth-quarter rally. In the extra period, Dak Prescott and the Cowboys got the ball first but failed to convert even a first down. But the defense looked as if it might step up after forcing a long third down. That’s when Brown came into play again. Raiders quarterback Derek Carr attempted a deep throw to Zay Jones but underthrew it. Anthony Brown was in coverage, though, and...
Dallas Cowboys linebacker Micah Parsons was called for roughing the passer, after Las Vegas Raiders quarterback Derek Carr fell into him. Dallas Cowboys fans had to be dealing with heartburn on Thursday night, and it had nothing to do with Thanksgiving dinner. Rather, it had to do with the calls by officials during their Thanksgiving game against the Las Vegas Raiders. Dallas fans were no doubt furious about one penalty in particular. In the second half, Cowboys rookie linebacker Micah Parsons was called for a roughing the passer penalty. But upon further replay, the flag was thrown after Raiders quarterback Derek Carr…fell right into Parson’s hand and knee. Take a look for yourselves in the video below. “Forcible” contact is obviously subjective but I would put this in the “glancing” category rather than “forcible”. https://t.co/Vq2yzm60NK — Terry McAulay (@SNFRules) November 26, 2021 Micah Parsons called for questionable roughing the passer penalty vs. Raiders That penalty turned out to be costly for Dallas, as it turned an 11-yard reception by Hunter Renfrow into a 26-yard gain with the penalty. DeSean Jackson scored on a long touchdown against the Dallas Cowboys and Eagles fans are loving every second of it.  Thanks to his brilliant speed, wide receiver DeSean Jackson has found a new home with the Las Vegas Raiders. Despite things not working out with the Rams, Jackson and Derek Carr are building some chemistry, which was showcased with a 56-yard TD against Dallas on Thursday. Jackson, who is best known for his days with the Philadelphia Eagles, knows all about taking it to the Cowboys. Following Thursday’s score, Jackson now has 59 receptions for 1,287 yards and six touchdowns against Dallas. Goodness. The New York Giants finally made the call to fire offensive coordinator Jason Garrett and Dallas Cowboys fans are celebrating it like they’ve won the Super Bowl.  Jason Garrett, as expected, is no longer running the show for the New York Giants offense. After yet another abysmal showing from the offense on Monday Night Football, Garrett has officially been fired as New York’s offensive coordinator. Mike McCarthy’s coaching decisions in the Dallas Cowboys’ loss to the Kansas City Chiefs had fans pulling out their hair. The Dallas Cowboys hoped to make a statement against the Chiefs after a blowout victory over the Falcons. The statement they made was just the wrong sort. Getty Jayron Kearse (right) was not happy with the atmosphere at AT&T Stadium. There was plenty of blame to go around after the Dallas Cowboys’ surprising loss to the Denver Broncos, but starting strong safety Jayron Kearse had a message for the fans following the game. Cowboys coach Mike McCarthy said he was out-coached on Sunday against the Broncos, and Packers fans are all too familiar with that. You have to give McCarthy some credit for admitting he was out-coached in a tough moment, but it won’t help calm any of the distress coming his way from Dallas Cowboys fans. The Dallas Cowboys were thoroughly embarrassed by the Denver Broncos, and Jerry Jones has some thoughts.  It was a Sunday full of stunning upsets in the NFL, but few hit harder than what happened to the Dallas Cowboys. Buffalo losing to the Jaguars was unbelievable but the game was tight the entire way through. Down in Dallas, the Cowboys were almost blanked by the Denver Broncos — at home and after a week in which the national media spend so many hours of programming talking about their Super Bowl chances. Cowboys fans outnumbered Chargers fans at SoFi Stadium on Sunday, according to multiple reports. One would think that would make for a fun and happy environment. Well, one would be wrong. Having outnumbered Chargers fans, Cowboys fans turned on each other and beat each other up while trying to toss one another into the water. Lord knows what type of madness would have ensued had Dallas lost the game. Of course, the stadium designers probably never thought their scenic pond would be used as a target for fans to toss each other into during fights, but people are resourceful creatures. No word on whether any of the combatants were arrested; it is believed that all 12 Chargers fans made it home unscathed.

INGLEWOOD, Calif. (AP) — Four years and eight months after the Los Angeles Chargers relocated, they finally got what they sought when they moved up from San Diego to the nation’s second-largest metropolis. For the first time Sunday, the Chargers took the field in their spectacular new stadium in front of fans — a roaring, enthusiastic crowd of 70,240. But the fulfillment of this star-crossed franchise’s quest has come with a twist worthy of a “Twilight Zone” episode, or maybe a rub of a monkey’s paw — if that twist was a surprise, that is. Tens of thousands of the fans packing SoFi Stadium avidly, vocally supported the Chargers’ opponent, the Dallas Cowboys. Many seating sections were thoroughly dominated by Dallas’ dark-blue and silver color scheme. One lower-bowl area seemed to have more Ezekiel Elliott jerseys than every other article of clothing combined. “It felt a lot of ways like a home game, definitely a home game,” Cowboys coach Mike McCarthy said. To be sure, the Chargers had tens of thousands of their own fans in Inglewood. When Los Angeles...
Getty Micah Parsons threw a bit of shade at the Chargers. After the Dallas Cowboys pulled out a thrilling victory over the Los Angeles Chargers, some of the players and coaches took a few slight jabs at the losing side. Micah Parsons made his debut at defensive end and noted some of the Chargers had a “long day” against him in the loss. Parsons had a modest stat line with two tackles and one sack, but his ability to get to Justin Herbert was felt throughout the Week 2 win. “It was natural,” Parsons noted in his postgame presser, per The Athletic’s Jon Machota. “Some people had a long day out there today.” It has only been two games into his NFL career, but Ezekiel Elliott is already impressed with Parson’s potential. Elliott described Parsons as a “beast” adding that he was thankful the rookie is on the Cowboys. “Dude’s a beast … he was killing that right tackle out there, they had to start double-teaming him, I think they even held him a couple times,” Elliott...

NFL fans were getting sick and tired of that Applebee’s commercial during Tampa Bay Buccaneers-Dallas Cowboys game on Thursday. NFL fans were ecstatic for the start of the 2021 season on Thursday night. It may not have been their favorite teams playing, but any football fan was going to watch the Super Bowl champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers take on the Dallas Cowboys. While the game featured plenty of entertaining plays, fans dreaded when the contest went to a commercial break. They hated it because they would have to sit through that Applebee’s advertisement, featuring the song “Fancy Like” by country singer Walker Hayes. Green Bay Packers fans roasted former head coach Mike McCarthy during Thursday’s game between the Dallas Cowboys and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Dallas Cowboys were looking to make an early statement for the 2021 season, as they faced off against the defending Super Bowl champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers. While Dallas’ offense was thriving in the first half, the performance of kicker Greg Zuerlein, who had missed a 31-yard field goal and an extra point attempt. That makes it even more puzzling that head coach Mike McCarthy called upon Zuerlein to attempt a 60-yard field goal with seconds remaining before halftime. Unsurprisingly, the Cowboys kicker missed the three-point attempt to keep their deficit at 21-16. Cowboys fans were miserable after that call by McCarthy, and Green Bay Packers fans were reveling in the fact that he was no longer their head coach. Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott only had four carries for 12 yards in the first half against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Thursday night, leading to some criticism. The Cowboys only ran the ball seven times in the first half and Dallas went into the locker room down 21-16 to the Buccaneers. But since the Cowboys signed Elliott to a six-year, $90 million extension in 2019, some wondered why there wasn’t more of an effort to feed him. The English music star was given the nod to begin the 2021 season with a performance prior to the Buccaneers-Cowboys matchup in Tampa. MORE: Why the NFL picked Ed Sheeran for the 2021 kickoff concert Needless to say, Sheeran's silky voice and dulcet tones aren't exactly getting anyone hyped to watch adrenaline-juiced grown men hit each other, but the NFL's continuing foray into the world of pop culture to grow the game domestically and internationally made Sheeran an easy choice. First and foremost, Tom Brady and the Bucs are the defending Super Bowl champions. When you’re the defending Super Bowl champs, people tend to care a hell of a lot more than an average team. Add in the fact that they’re playing the Cowboys, and it’s not hard to see why fans are willing to shell out so much money. It’s Tom Brady against the most valuable franchise in American sports. Cowboys fans might want to see Dak Prescott play in the preseason, but Dallas is doing the right thing by keeping him away from live action.  Getting Dak Prescott back to full health before Week 1 is the Cowboys’ top preseason priority. In other words, Dallas fans shouldn’t be disappointed with the news that their starting signal-caller isn’t going to take a single preseason snap. The good news is that Prescott is set to resume “competitive throwing” during Wednesday’s practice. Getting hit isn’t going to do anything to help him get ready for the grind of the upcoming regular season. Spending quality time with his wideouts developing chemistry and timing can help his team hit the ground running with the opener arrives. Ultimately, Mike McCarthy and his staff deserve credit for how they’re handling the face of the franchise. Prescott has made zero secret of his desire to get back onto the field with his teammates as soon as possible. That’s an admirable attitude for a player to take, but it’s the job of the coaching staff and front office...

Dallas Cowboys fans hoping to see Dak Prescott return to being his former self might want to avoid Adam Schefter’s latest report.  As the Dallas Cowboys continue to prepare for what fans hope is a revenge tour, the anxiety about what version of Dak Prescott will show up this season continues to hum loudly in the background. Prescott is returning from a devastating ankle injury that ended his season early last year, and things haven’t gotten off to a great start in the preseason. A shoulder injury has sidelined the Cowboys quarterback for most of training camp and now ESPN’s Adam Schefter is confirming what we’ve all been fearing. Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott will get another MRI on his throwing shoulder. Dallas Cowboys training camp has been a bit more stressful than in years past. With their season opener against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers less than a month away, the Cowboys are monitoring quarterback Dak Prescott, who suffered a shoulder injury back on July 28. Cowboys fans may need to brace themselves for this latest update. While speaking with the media on Wednesday, Prescott revealed that he is getting another MRI on his right shoulder once the team returns to Dallas from Oxnard, Calif.
