    A Bronx gunman was caught on surveillance video sneaking up to a parked sedan and firing into the driver’s side window, footage of the Friday morning shooting shows. The hooded assailant can be seen slinking down the sidewalk along East 173rd Street, near Ward Avenue, in Soundview, and then posting up behind a van. Using the van as a shield, he fires eight shots from a handgun into a black car parked with its lights on. A 26-year-old man inside the car was hit in the arm, but survived, police said. Brenton Harrison Tarrant, 29, was sentenced Thursday to life in prison without parole after pleading guilty to the Christchurch massacre in March last year.
