A New York State Trooper who was reassigned to the Canadian border after it was found out that he was having a relationship with deposed Governor Andrew Cuomo's daughter has gotten himself a promotion. Dane Pfeiffer, 35, has been upped to a sergeant with the New York State Police and has been assigned to New York City, beginning on Thanksgiving Day.  Pfeiffer struck up a relationship with Cara Kennedy-Cuomo, 25, in early 2020 when he was part of her father's security detail in Albany and she had moved into the Executive Mansion during the coronavirus pandemic, according to sources.  Due to a sexual harassment scandal, Cuomo is now no longer Pfeiffer's boss.  People familiar with the matter told the New York Post the governor found out the pair were dating soon after and Pfeiffer was removed from his security detail and transferred 160 miles away to a state police station in Plattsburgh, near the Canadian border. State police said the trooper requested a 'voluntary transfer' on May 24, 2020, to join Troop B in northeastern New York, but sources claim he was sent away...
The youngest daughter of former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo has come out in defense of her father against allegations of sexual assault. Michaela Kennedy-Cuomo, 24, posted an article on her Twitter feed disparaging the sexual assault allegations that pushed her father out of office. The Substack article, titled "Unprecedented Abuse Of Power: What The Media Still Isn't Telling You About The Cuomo Debacle ," claims that the allegations are a tool used by the "progressive" wing of the New York Democratic Party. "Finally. Please read," Kennedy-Cuomo tweeted on Friday. The allegations are, in author Michael Tracey's words, a "manufactured #MeToo-style PR offensive." Michaela Kennedy-Cuomo, 24, shared an article that chalked up the sexual misconduct allegations that ended her father Andrew Cuomo's ten-year stint as the governor of New York a 'manufactured #MeToo-style PR offensive.' 'Finally. Please read,' she captioned a tweet sharing the article, published on Substack by independent journalist Michael Tracey and entitled 'Unprecedented Abuse Of Power: What The Media Still Isn't Telling You About The Cuomo Debacle.' The youngest Cuomo shared the critical article just days after her father was charged with forcible touching relating to the allegation of Brittany Commisso, a former aide who claimed Cuomo groped her breast in the office of the Executive Mansion in Albany in December 2020. The long-time Governor of New York stepped down from his position in August after nine women accused him of inappropriate sexual behavior ranging from unwanted sexual comments to unwanted sexual contact. Daughter of Andrew Cuomo used official vehicles for her move. Photo: Michaela Kennedy-Cuomo / Instagram / Google Maps The Cuomo’s move from the New York State Executive Mansion has given much to talk about in the last hours, after several vans were caught taking out various belongings of the still governor, Andrew Cuomo, and his family. In addition to these movements, which were captured by some media, a few hours ago a controversy was announced that promises to give a lot to talk about and that is that, according to the New York Post, one of Cuomo’s daughters would have used vehicles officers to remove their things from the home, which would be incurring a serious offense. According to the aforementioned newspaper, Michaela Kennedy-CuomoThe 23-year-old placed all his belongings inside a black state police van before heading to his new home. While it is true, the unit could have been made available to the Cuomo family to guarantee their safety, it should not have been used for different purposes or at least that is...
It was a sign of the times: after explaining away his sexual harassment as nothing more than a “generational” misunderstanding, a suited Andrew Cuomo strode into a helicopter leaving New York. Behind him, his 23 year-old daughter Michaela—wearing sneakers, with streaks of purple in her hair—placed a comforting hand on his back. The scene recalled the fallout of another political scandal: Chelsea Clinton holding both of her parents’ hands after her father announced his infidelity in 1998. A powerful man screwed up, and it’s up to his daughter, who’s around the same age as some of his accusers, to begin the healing process. Cuomo’s daughters—Michaela, plus 26 year-old twins Cara and Mariah—have not spoken publicly about their father’s alleged misconduct, though the disgraced governor mentioned them by name while resigning from his post on Tuesday.

New York Lieutenant Gov. Kathy Hochul is set to replace Gov. Andrew Cuomo when he stands down in 14 days. She will be the first female governor in the state's 233-year history Andrew Cuomo's resignation as governor of New York after a series of sexual misconduct accusations has turned a spotlight on his lieutenant governor, Kathy Hochul, who will become the first woman to lead the state in its 233-year history. Hochul, 62, a former Democratic congresswoman, has served as lieutenant governor since 2015, and will take on the role of governor in 14 days when Cuomo stands down, until his third four-year term in office ends in December 2022. The granddaughter of Irish immigrants, she has taken a quiet backseat to her boss's very public profile after being cherry-picked by him in 2014.  Upon his resignation, she vowed to take the reins of the state. 'I agree with Governor Cuomo's decision to step down,' she tweeted shortly after his announcement.  'It is the right thing to do and in the best interest of New Yorkers. As someone who...
The Cuomo family seems to be reuniting at the governor's mansion in Albany following the New York attorney general's report that the governor has sexually harassed 11 women while in office. On Friday, Michaela Kennedy-Cuomo, 23, the governor's youngest daughter, was seen carrying a large duffel bag as she entered the governor's mansion where her father is holed up. Just a few days before, her sister, Cara - who works for a private equity firm arranging women's-only events - was seen exiting her Mercedes-Benz and waving at the cameras as she walked into the mansion. Both Michaela and Cara, 26, have hit the headlines in their own right. Michaela announced last month that she is a demi-sexual, and in October it was revealed Cara became romantically involved with a state trooper assigned to Gov. Cuomo’s security detail. The trooper was soon transferred to a post near the Canadian border when their relationship was revealed. As the scandals mount for Andrew Cuomo, so do the calls for the New York governor’s resignation. This story has left many families heavily impacted by coronavirus distraught, including Theresi Sari, who lost her mother in one New York’s nursing home facilities.  Sari told "Fox & Friends First" Tuesday that she could not believe Cuomo facilitated tests for his inner circle and family members, including his brother, CNN anchor Chris Cuomo.  ANDREW CUOMO CLAIMED IN BOOK HE WAS UNABLE TO 'HELP' BROTHER CHRIS AFTER CNN ANCHOR'S COVID DIAGNOSIS "I can’t believe he had his brother tested before my mother," said Sari, adding that she does not believe Cuomo will resign even after nine women have accused him of unwanted sexual advances or harassment.  Video"He has to be impeached and he has to get out of office. ANDREW Cuomo's ex-wife slept in a lockdown bathroom when he was home as the couple went through their divorce, it has been claimed. Cuomo's spokesman dismissed the allegations as "false" and "tabloid fodder" in a response published as part of the lengthy piece. Kennedy allegedly told the family that on "more than one" occasion she would sleep in the locked bathroom as the couple worked out divorce proceedings before their separation in 2005. "I’ve...
Last June, Robert Nieves - a 70-year-old United States veteran - became one of the more than 15,000 to lose their lives after contracting COVID-19 at a New York nursing home.   In an interview with Fox News, his daughter Kara Kramer described her father as, "a very happy man full of life." "He loved family life. He loved the Lord. Sharing God's word was probably the biggest happiness in his life," she lovingly recalled. It was on Father’s Day that Kramer along with her three siblings had to make the decision to take their own father off of life support. New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s daughter once sold t-shirts to raise money for sexual assault awareness, calling for an end to the behavior, according to a 2015 article from the New York Daily News. Michaela Kennedy Cuomo, one of Cuomo’s daughters by his ex-wife Kerry Kennedy, was 17 at the time she chose to sell the shirts online through booster.com, now known as Custom Ink. The white shirts, priced at $20 each with pink lettering, read: “my having a good ass does not give you a right to be one.” Also included on the t-shirt was “#stopsexualASSault.” Gov. A second woman who is accusing Governor Andrew Cuomo of sexual harassment once played soccer against one of his daughters. Charlotte Bennett, 25, who was a former aide to Cuomo told the governor about their connection and that the pair had played middle school soccer together.  Bennett grew up in Westchester County and said that she initially saw Cuomo as a 'father figure' telling him how she was about the same age as Cuomo's eldest daughter. Bennett, a health policy adviser in the Democratic governor's administration until November, told The New York Times Cuomo asked her inappropriate questions about her sex life, including whether she ever had sex with older men – all during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Charlotte Bennett, 25, on Saturday said Cuomo told her he was open to dating women in their 20s and asked her questions about her personal life in June Bennett, who served in a number of roles for Cuomo - including executive assistant and health policy advisor - said the governor made a number of concerning comments to her last spring...
As the daughter of a father, my stomach crawled up into my throat when I read Charlotte Bennett’s account of her time working for Gov. Andrew Cuomo. Bennett is not only the same age as Cuomo’s daughters, she actually told him that in middle school she’d played sports against them. And yet, Cuomo found it appropriate—and, he says, mentorly!—to repeatedly interrogate her about her sex life, talk to her about his physical loneliness since his split from his longtime girlfriend, and advise her to get a tattoo on her butt. I specify that these feelings come up for me as the daughter of a father because men so often think it’s relevant to frame their concern for women in the context of their familial ties. Cuomo also benefited last year from situating himself as New York State’s dad-in-chief. Just a month before Cuomo’s behavior toward her became aggressively unprofessional, according to Bennett, Cuomo was giving his Emmy-winning little sitcom performance about his daughter’s boyfriend and “natural defiance syndrome.” The summer of Cuomosexuality takes sure seems different looking back. After what...

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s void in leadership and compassion is to blame for many deaths of senior citizens in nursing homes, said Vivian Zayas on Thursday, after losing her mother in a nursing home due to COVID-19. Zayas told "Fox & Friends" that her "mother's facility had continued to report that there were only 40 deaths for the past 10 months."  However, Zayas claimed people knew that "it was incorrect." The daughter of a woman who died of COVID-19 in a New York nursing home said she is one of several people who "deserve answers" about Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s nursing home coronavirus policy. The grandmother of the New York state trooper who worked as Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s bodyguard and was transferred to the Canadian border after starting a relationship with the politician’s daughter is speaking out to reveal the couple had been together for a 'long time' and even discussed marriage.  Dane Pfeiffer, a former tennis player and state trooper, 35, is believed to have struck up a relationship with the governor’s daughter Cara Kennedy-Cuomo, 25, in April during the pandemic. Last month it was revealed that Pfeiffer, who became a trooper in 2015, was reportedly reassigned to a post near the Canadian border after Gov. Cuomo learned of the relationship. Dane’s 95-year-old grandmother Marianne Pfeiffer says the governor is being 'ridiculous' in his handling of the romance.  'I think he’s being ridiculous because he’s always been a good friend of the family – and a good friend of Dane,' Pfeiffer said to the New York Post.   The grandmother of state trooper Dane Pfeiffer, 35, (left) who was transferred to the Canadian border after starting a relationship with Gov. Grandma knows best. Marianne Pfeiffer, the plucky 95-year-old grandmother of state Trooper Dane Pfeiffer, the gubernatorial bodyguard reportedly dating Cara Kennedy Cuomo, says Gov. Cuomo is being “ridiculous” if he had her “wonderful” grandson transferred from the Executive Mansion to a post near the Canadian border. And she had this word of advice for the overbearing Albany papa: You can’t veto true love.
